     The purpose of this site is twofold. Of course we want to market ourselves, but we also want to be a resource center for Creditors, Collectors and Consumers. We are firm believers in the American Collectors Association's mission to educate Collection Agencies, Creditors and the general public about their respective rights and responsibilities when they are involved in the debt collection process.

     We certainly won't have all the answers to your questions, but whenever possible, we will try to link you to a page that may have your answer. If you have a question that is not addressed on our site, e-mail that question to us and we will do our best to answer it with an update on this site.
